Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors.
